C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Eden Prairie, Minn., hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, the company disclosed in an 8-K filing with the SEC on June 6.
Fidelity will replace Wells Fargo effective July 1. A blackout period for participants will begin at 3 p.m. CDT on June 24 and end during the week of July 14. A reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, 2017, the Robinson Cos. Retirement Plan had $1 billion in assets, according to the company's most recent 11-K filing.
As of that same date, the plan had 14 investment options, a common stock fund, a self-directed brokerage account and a target-date fund lineup managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
