Central Garden & Pet Co., Walnut Creek, Calif., added the T. Rowe Price Dividend Growth Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The active domestic large-cap equity fund managed by T. Rowe Price Group had $8 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to an 11-K filing with the SEC on Monday.
The plan in 2019 also removed one investment option: the Voya Corporate Leaders 100 Fund, an active domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Voya Investment Management.
That fund had $7 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The reason for the change was not provided; four other Voya-managed funds remain in the lineup.
As of Dec. 31, the Central Garden & Pet Co. Investment Growth Plan had $308 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had 16 individual investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price.
