CBRE Group Inc., Dallas, added the Fidelity Balanced Fund and Franklin Small Cap Value Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The real estate company added the asset allocation fund managed by Fidelity Investments and the active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by Franklin Templeton to the lineup in 2021, according to a comparison of its 11-K filing with the SEC Monday and last year's filing.
As of Dec. 31, the mutual funds had $59 million and $42 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the new 11-K filing.
The comparison also shows the plan removed the Oakmark Equity & Income Fund and the AMG GW&K Small Cap Value Fund from the lineup during 2021.
As of Dec. 31, 2020, the asset allocation fund managed by Harris Associates and the active domestic small-cap value equity fund managed by AMG Funds and subadvised by GW&K Investment Management had $51 million and $38 million, respectively, in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the CBRE 401(k) Plan had $3.5 billion in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
CBRE spokeswoman Christy Ingle could not be immediately reached for further information.
