Benicia, Calif., is searching for a third-party administrator for its $21 million 457 plan and $2 million 401(a) plan.
The city issued an RFP as a best practice measure, said Audrey White, senior consultant at Hyas Group, in an email. Current administrator MissionSquare Retirement is eligible to rebid, she said.
Hyas was hired to assist with the RFP, Ms. White said. The RFP is available on the city's procurement website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. PST on Jan. 25. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
