South Coast Air Quality Management District, Diamond Bar, Calif., is searching for a bundled provider for its $211 million 457 plan.
The district is seeking a firm to provide “bundled record-keeping and administrative services” for the plan, according to an RFP posted on the district’s website.
MassMutual is listed as the current provider in the RFP. The sale of MassMutual’s record-keeping business to Empower Retirement closed on Jan. 4. Information about whether that firm is eligible to bid for the services was not immediately available.
The RFP is available on the district's website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. PST on March 19. A selection is expected on Sept. 3.
