Brown & Brown Inc., Daytona Beach, Fla., added the MFS International Diversification Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the active international large-cap equity fund managed by MFS Investment Management had $49 million in assets in the plan, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on June 25.
A comparison of this year's and last year's 11-K filings shows the plan removed the Hartford Schroders International Multi-Cap Value Fund from the investment options lineup in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the active international value equity fund managed by Hartford Funds Management Co. and subadvised by Schroder Investment Management North America had $32 million in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Brown & Brown Inc. Employee Savings Plan had $1.2 billion in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
