Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc., Lake Success, N.Y., hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its 401(k) plan.
Fidelity replaced incumbent record keeper ADP on Dec. 27, said Julie Taylor, chief human resources officer, in an email. The change came following an RFP process, Ms. Taylor said.
The company made the change because the company believed Fidelity is "best positioned to assist Broadridge associates in achieving their retirement goals," she said.
As of Dec. 31, 2018, the Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. Retirement Savings Plan had $957 million in assets, according to the company's most recent Form 5500 filing.
As of that same date, the plan had 11 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by Fidelity Institutional Asset Management, according to the filing.
Information on investment options lineup changes was not available.
