Bristol County Retirement System, Taunton, Mass., is searching for a private closed-end value-added real estate fund for a $10 million allocation.
Segal Marco Advisors, investment consultant to the $713 million pension fund, is assisting with the search.
The RFP is available on Segal Marco's website. Proposals are due 3 p.m. EDT on July 15. A selection date was not provided.
Roxanne L. Donovan, executive director of the pension fund, could not be immediately reached for comment. Kevin Roundtree, senior associate at Segal Marco, declined to comment.
