Brighton, Colo., is searching for a record keeper for its $59 million 401(a) plan and $8 million 457 plan.
The city issued an RFP because the contract of current record keeper MissionSquare Retirement is expiring, said Joe Hostetler, city procurement manager. The firm is invited to rebid, he said.
The two plans share an investment options lineup consisting of 17 core funds and a target-date fund series managed by Capital Group.
The RFP is available on BidNet Direct. Registration is required. Proposals are due by 9 a.m. MDT on June 5. The city hopes to make a selection sometime in August, said Hostetler.
