Belmont (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for a private equity manager to run about $3 million in a closed-end private equity secondaries fund.
NEPC, investment consultant to the $110 million pension fund, is assisting with the search.
Proposed funds must have a final closing date no earlier than Dec. 31 to be considered. Preference will be given to managers that have raised at least two prior funds and will be raising at least $250 million in the proposed fund.
The RFP is available on NEPC's website. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. EDT on July 15. A timetable for selection was not provided
