Badger Meter Inc., Milwaukee, added three index funds managed by Vanguard Group to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
As of Dec. 31, the Vanguard Institutional Index Fund, Vanguard International Growth Fund and Vanguard FTSE Social Index Fund, had $7 million, $3 million and $1 million in assets in the plan, respectively, according to the company's 11-K filing with the SEC on Tuesday.
A comparison of this year's and last year's 11-K filing shows the plan removed four funds managed by BMO Global Asset Management in 2020. All were asset allocation funds.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the BMO Balanced Allocation Fund, BMO Aggressive Allocation Fund, BMO Growth Allocation Fund and BMO Moderate Allocation Fund had $11 million, $5 million, $4 million and $1 million in assets in the plan, respectively,according to last year's 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the changes.
As of Dec. 31, the Badger Meter Employee Savings and Stock Ownership Plan had $166 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
