Avis Budget Group Inc., Parsippany, N.J., added the Transamerica International Equity Fund as an investment option in its two 401(k) plans during 2018, the company disclosed in its 11-K filings with the SEC.
The active international equity fund managed by Transamerica Asset Management and subadvised by Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley had a combined $26 million in assets in the plans as of Dec. 31, according to the June 28 filing.
Also during 2018, the plan removed the Harbor International Fund, an active international equity fund managed by Harbor Capital Advisors and subadvised by Marathon Asset Management.
As of Dec. 31, 2017, the fund had a combined $27 million in assets in the plans, according to the company's previous 11-K filing.
The reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Avis Budget Group Inc. Employee Savings Plan and AB Car Rental Services Inc. Retirement Savings Plan for Bargaining Hourly Employees had $587 million and $55 million in assets, respectively, according to the new 11-K filing.
As of that same date, the plans had 18 investment options and a common stock fund. The plans share the same lineup.
