Attleboro (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for a passive domestic midcap core equity manager to run about $11 million.
The $215 million pension fund is seeking proposals from firms that provide an S&P 400 index strategy, according to an RFP posted on the website of investment consultant Dahab Associates, which is assisting with the search.
The RFP does not disclose whether there is a firm currently managing the portfolio or whether it is invited to rebid. Ken Badertscher, executive director, could not be immediately reached for further information.
The RFP is available on Dahab’s website. Proposals are due by noon EDT on April 23. A timeline for a selection was not provided.
