Atlanta Housing Authority is searching for a record keeper for its $13 million 457 plan and $8 million 401(a) plan.
The authority is seeking a firm to provide "record keeping, administration and trustee services at a reasonable fee," according to the RFP posted on the Proposal Tech procurement website.
According to the RFP, the current record keeper is Wells Fargo. Principal Financial Group closed its purchase of Wells Fargo's record-keeping business in July. Whether Principal is invited to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The two plans share 12 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price Group.
The RFP is available on the Proposal Tech website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EST on Feb. 17. A selection is scheduled for May 30.
Investment consultant Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting is assisting. Jan Raines, Aon associate partner, and Tamara Langham, Aon consultant, could not be immediately reached to provide further information.
