Arlington County (Va.) Employees' Retirement System committed $15 million to BVIP Fund X, a buyout fund managed by BV Investment Partners.
The $2.4 billion pension fund previously committed $15 million each to BVIP Fund VIII and BVIP Fund IX, said Daniel Zito, executive director and chief investment officer.
As of Sept. 30, the pension fund's actual allocation to private equity was 4%.
