AptarGroup Inc., Crystal Lake, Ill., added the Fidelity 500 Index Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
The passive domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Fidelity Investments had $17 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company’s 11-K filing Friday with the SEC.
The fund replaced the Vanguard 500 Index Fund in order to save on fees, company spokeswoman Katie Rearson said in an email. Participants in the Vanguard fund were automatically mapped to the Fidelity fund, she said.
The passive domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Vanguard Group had $14 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2019, according to the prior 11-K filing.
As of Dec. 31, the AptarGroup Inc. Profit Sharing and Savings Plan had $276 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
