Applied Industrial Technologies Inc., Cleveland, added the Columbia Large Cap Enhanced Core Fund and Vanguard Growth and Income Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan.
The active domestic large-cap equity funds managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Vanguard Group, respectively, were added in 2019 and had $8 million each in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's June 26 11-K filing with the SEC.
Also during 2019, the plan removed the MFS Blended Research Core Equity Fund, a similar fund managed by MFS Investment Management.
That fund had $14 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Applied Industrial Technologies Inc. Retirement Savings Plan had $533 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had 26 individual mutual fund options, a single collective investment trust option, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
