Applied Industrial Technologies Inc., Cleveland, added the Vanguard Retirement Savings Trust as an investment option in its 401(k) plan lineup during 2018, the company disclosed in an 11-K filing with the SEC.
The stable value collective investment trust managed by Vanguard Group had $57 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the June 20 filing.
Also during 2018, the plan removed the Columbia Trust Stable Income Fund. The stable value fund managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments had $52 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the company's previous 11-K filing. A reason for the changes was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the Applied Industrial Technologies Inc. Retirement Savings Plan had $449 million in assets. As of that same date, the plan had 28 investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard.
