Alaska Permanent Fund Corp., Juneau, is searching for a governance consultant.
The $75.3 billion sovereign wealth fund issued an RFP for a consultant to assist its board in the periodic review of its governance policies, spokeswoman Paulyn Swanson said in an email.
Ms. Swanson said APFC's governance policies require a review every three years, and while the review has traditionally been completed internally, the board decided to seek an external, third-party firm to assist in the next review.
The RFP is available on the state of Alaska's procurement website. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. Alaska Standard Time on Jan. 23. A notice of award is scheduled for Jan. 31.
