Alameda County Employees' Retirement Association, Oakland, Calif., made two new commitments totaling up to $110 million.
The $7.4 billion pension fund's board approved commitments of up to $75 million to BlackRock Direct Lending Fund IX, a middle-market direct lending fund, and up to $35 million to buyout fund Clayton, Dubilier & Rice XI at its meeting Thursday, a webcast of the meeting showed.
As of March 31, the actual allocations to private equity and private credit were 8.6% and 0.5%, respectively.
