Alabama Deferred Compensation Plan, Montgomery, rehired Empower Retirement as record keeper, said Peter Gulia, founder of Fiduciary Guidance Counsel, which assisted with the search.
The $643 million 457 plan issued an RFP in January due to the impending expiration of Empower Retirement's contract.
Voya Financial was the other finalist, Gulia said.
