Alabama College Education Savings Program Trust Fund, Montgomery, rehired Callan as investment consultant for its $1.9 billion CollegeCounts 529 plan, said Anita Kelley, savings program director.
The fund's board issued an RFP in March because Callan's contract was set to expire in September.
Meketa Investment Group was the other finalist, Ms. Kelley said.
