Yohan Hill was named director of ESG and responsible investing at Adams Street Partners, a spokeswoman confirmed in an email.
The position is new. Mr. Hill will be responsible for developing solutions to further integrate ESG risks and opportunities into Adams Street's investment portfolios and strategies. He will report to Miguel Gonzalo, partner and head of investment strategy and risk management.
Mr. Hill was manager of ESG innovation and analytics at S&P Global Trucost. An S&P spokesman could not be immediately reached for additional information.
Adams Street Partners has about $45 billion in assets under management.
