ACCO Brands Corp., Lake Zurich, Ill., added the Invesco Oppenheimer Developing Markets Fund as an investment option in its 401(k) plan lineup in 2018, the company disclosed in its 11-K filing with the SEC.
The active emerging markets equity fund had $3 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the filing Monday.
Also during 2018, the plan removed the FMI Large Cap Fund, an active domestic large-cap equity fund managed by Fiduciary Management, and the Lazard Emerging Markets Equity Portfolio, an active emerging markets equity fund managed by Lazard Asset Management. Those funds had $10 million and $4 million, respectively, in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2017, according to the company's previous 11-K filing.
The reason for the changes was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the ACCO Brands Corp. 401(k) Plan had $316 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. As of that same date, the plan had 16 investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by T. Rowe Price Group.
