ACCESS Pool, Essex, England, is seeking one or more global timberland impact investment managers.
The total initial mandate size is expected to be around £300 million, with ACCESS saying in a news release that there is potential for that to grow.

ACCESS (A Collaboration of Central, Eastern and Southern Shires) is made up of local government pension schemes in England and has assets totaling £35 billion ($43.9 billion) on behalf of its member pension funds.
In May, ACCESS hired CBRE to manage allocations to global and U.K. real estate totaling up to £1.8 billion.
