The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS), a $23 billion public pension fund, seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide real estate consulting services for a private real estate program with approximately $1 billion dollars in commitments. The scope of services will include strategic portfolio advice, policy development and program structuring, sourcing and monitoring investments, portfolio reporting, and education.

On September 8, 2021, the RFP document, which details the minimum qualifications respondents must meet in order to be considered, will be available on LACERS website: www.lacers.org.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 5:00 P.M. PST on November 8, 2021.
