NYSIF is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Proxy Voting Services, as further described in the Request for Proposals (obtained at www.nysif.com/procurement). Services under this procurement will include guidance in the development of NYSIF’s Proxy Voting Policy, proxy analysis including quarterly and annual reports and vote execution. Proposals from responsible bidders are due 2/1/23 by 2:00 p.m. EST.
