The Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) is launching a search for qualified providers of passive equity index products across various markets. The required index products cover various strategies with differing fund and account types and across numerous geographies and markets to meet the WSIB’s requirements for defined benefit, defined-contribution, and non-qualified programs.

The WSIB plans to publish information regarding this search on or about September 16, 2024, on its website www.sib.wa.gov where further information about the WSIB and the search can be obtained. The deadline for inclusion by interested providers in the database of the investment consultant being used for this search, Callan, is October 21, 2024.
