The New York State Common Retirement Fund has a diversified investment portfolio with a range of investments in public equity, fixed income, credit, real estate, private equity, real assets, absolute return and opportunistic strategies. The Comptroller of the State of New York, as the Trustee of the New York State Common Retirement Fund, seeks to select and retain qualified law firms to provide expertise and legal services in four different Service Modules:
Module 1: Real Estate Investments Counsel
Module 2: Private Funds Investments Counsel
Module 3: Corporate Transactional Investments Counsel
Module 4: Affordable Housing Permanent Loan Program Counsel
Proposals may be submitted for one or more Service Modules.
