The California Department of Human Resources solicits bids from qualified firms in the International Value and International Growth (actively managed) investment categories.

The investments awarded through this RFP process will be used to replace the current International Value and International Growth investments in the International Fund in the Savings Plus Program’s 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(k) Thrift Plan.
