New Private Foundation (NPF) is a 501 (c) 3 organization based in Glenview, IL, as the result of a sale of substantially all the assets of JourneyCare, Inc., which was one of the largest hospice and palliative care providers in Illinois, in February 2022. The name of the new organization has not yet been finalized, but NPF is in process of updating the governance and investment management process for its portfolio of approximately $100 million, which is currently in cash. Respondents must meet the following criteria at a minimum:

•Minimum institutional AUM and/or AUA of at least $50 billion

•Minimum 10 years in business and 10-year performance track record

•Significant experience working with non-profit foundations and endowments

•Ability to manage or advise on entire asset allocation
