Bernard Reilly will become CEO of Sunsuper, the Brisbane-based A$69 billion ($46.7 billion) super fund, effective Oct. 8.
Mr. Reilly replaces Scott Hartley, a Sept. 20 news release said, adding that Mr. Hartley "will remain engaged by the fund to assist in the transition."
Mr. Reilly served as a director on several corporate and public boards in recent years after leaving State Street Global Advisors in 2014 where he served in a number of roles, including head of Asia-Pacific and head of global strategy.
Egon Zehnder conducted the recruitment process that led to Mr. Reilly's selection, the news release said.
