Brett Chatfield, head of public markets with Cbus Super, is taking on a newly created role of deputy chief investment officer at the A$50 billion ($34 billion) fund.
A spokesman for Melbourne-based Cbus said Mr. Chatfield will retain his public markets duties as part of his new role.
A news release said Mr. Chatfield will "focus on the next stage of the fund's investment strategy evolution, including the roll out of additional internal strategies."
