Tom Gilbane and Aric Shalev, both managing members, have been promoted to the new positions of co-presidents of real estate firm Rockpoint, a spokesperson said.
Gilbane and Shalev will take on expanded leadership roles and continue to be involved in all aspects of Rockpoint's investment, operational and fundraising activities, a news release said. Co-founders and managing members Bill Walton and Keith Gelb continue to lead the firm and will work closely with Gilbane and Shalev.
