Henri Vuong was named executive director and head of real estate debt investment research at PGIM Real Estate, a spokeswoman said.
The role is new. Ms. Vuong, who is based in London, leads debt research across real estate markets and supports asset management, acquisitions and marketing. She reports to Peter Hayes, global head of investment research.
"We are thrilled to welcome Henri to the team. Her appointment will help shape and develop our debt analysis and research, strengthening our existing expertise alongside the equity research. Her depth of research experience further enhances our ability to continually deliver innovative, market-leading insight to both our investment teams and clients," Mr. Hayes said in a news release Monday.
PGIM Real Estate had $182 billion in assets under management and administration as of June 30.
Ms. Vuong was director of research and market information at the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles.
