Steve Gordon joined real estate manager Pearlmark as a managing director in its New York office, said Doug Lyons, managing principal and head of debt investments, in an email.
It is a new position. Mr. Gordon, who started earlier in January, focuses on debt investment originations and capital formation. He reports to Mr. Lyons.
Mr. Gordon was a senior managing director and head of Hunt Capital Management, a family-owned holding company that invests in operating businesses, real estate assets and infrastructure assets.
