Emanuele Bena joined NREP as partner and head of capital markets, spokesman Jon Black Andersen said.
The position is new.
Mr. Bena will be based in London and become the firm’s first partner based outside of the Nordic region. He will report to NREP’s Chief Investment Officer Jani Nokkanen.
Mr. Bena was executive director in real estate and lodging investment banking in Europe, the Middle East and Africa at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
J.P. Morgan spokesman Patrick Burton declined to comment.
