New Hampshire Retirement System, Concord, renewed the contract of real estate consultant Townsend Group.
The $9.2 billion pension fund's independent investment committee approved the renewal at its Dec. 20 meeting, said Marty Karlon, pension fund spokesman.
Townsend Group's contract now runs through Dec. 31, 2021. No RFP was issued.
The actual allocation to real estate was 10% as of June 30.
