Scott Paton has joined commercial real estate investment manager CrossHarbor Capital Partners as a partner and head of business development and investor relations.
A spokesperson for CrossHarbor confirmed this is a newly created position.
Paton, who will be based in Boston, most recently served as a managing director of private equity coverage at William Blair, said a Nov. 15 news release from CrossHarbor.
A spokesperson for William Blair said he has not been replaced yet.
Paton has more than 25 years of experience as an investment banker and private equity investor, raising institutional capital across the capital markets, and through mergers and acquisitions.
CrossHarbor has $9.6 billion in assets under management.
