Christy Hill was named managing director and head of Americas logistics asset management at CBRE Investment Management, a spokesperson said.
Based in Los Angeles, Hill will report to Jesse Harty, head of CBRE IM’s Americas logistics operator division.
“CBRE Investment Management is extremely excited to have Christy join the Logistics Team as our Head of Asset Management,” Harty said in a news release. “Christy’s previous leadership experience, knowledge of real estate and understanding of what our tenant customers need will be instrumental in the growth goals of our industry-leading logistics platform.”
The CBRE spokesperson said this is not a new position but declined to name the person whom Hill is replacing.
Hill was previously global head of asset management and sustainability at PGIM Real Estate. A spokesperson there could not be immediately reached for comment.
As of Dec. 31, CBRE Investment Management had $146.2 billion in assets under management.
