Ms. Hunt will manage the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion focused strategy.
Ms. Hunt was head of portfolio management and analytics at Allstate Investments. A representative from Allstate Investments could not be immediately reached for additional information.
RCP Advisors is a private equity firm with more than $10 billion in committed capital.
