Greg Belinfanti has been named president of middle market private equity firm One Equity Partners, succeeding founder Richard Cashin, who will continue to serve as chair.
Cashin will also continue to play an "active, full-time role in managing the firm and its investments," said a Jan. 30 release.
Belinfanti was formerly a partner at the firm, but has relinquished that title in his move to president, said a spokesperson.
Belinfanti initially joined OEP in 2006, when it was still part of J.P. Morgan.
OEP has $10 billion in assets under management, according to the firm's website.
