Lindsay Rutledge, director of operations and strategy at OMERS Private Equity, has left the company, spokesman Neil Hrab confirmed in an email.
No replacement has been announced yet.
Ms. Rutledge is now vice president of strategy at Properly, a Canada-based real estate company, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Ms. Rutledge's departure from OMERS Private Equity follows director Makram Atiyah leaving the company in April. Tim Patterson, senior managing director and head of health-care investing at OMERS Private Equity and head of the Toronto office, left the company in January.
OMERS Private Equity is the private equity investment arm of the C$105 billion ($86.4 billion) Ontario Municipal Employees' Retirement System, Toronto.
