Laura Grattan and Dan Stanko were named managing directors at private equity manager Crosspoint Capital Partners.
Both are new positions, a spokesman said in an email. They will assist the firm in expanding its investing efforts in its focus industries of cybersecurity, infrastructure software and privacy markets.
Based in Boston, Ms. Grattan was previously a managing director at Thomas H. Lee Partners where she was responsible for leading buyout and growth transactions in the health-care information technology and overall technology industries.
A spokesman for Thomas H. Lee declined to comment.
Based in Menlo Park, Calif., Mr. Stanko was previously a partner at HGGC, where he focused on investments in the software industry.
Officials at HGGC could not be immediately reached for further information.
Crosspoint Capital Partners has $1.3 billion in assets under management.
