Bjorn Killmer has joined private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice as a partner, expanding the firm's team in London, said Thomas C. Franco, partner, investor relations, in an email.
In the new position, Mr. Killmer focuses on investing in industrial companies in Europe. He was co-head of the energy and resources team at private equity firm Triton Partners.
Marcus Brans, head of communications at Triton could not be immediately reached for information about Mr. Killmer's replacement.
