Kimberly Kile was named managing director and head of investor relations and communications at middle-market private equity manager Access Holdings.
The position is new. Ms. Kile, who joined the firm Tuesday and is based in Baltimore, reports to Kevin McAllister, founder and managing partner.
Ms. Kile will lead new relationships with potential investors and work with the firm's existing limited partners.
She was previously general partner, head of fundraising, investor relations and marketing for growth equity manager ABS Capital Partners. ABS Capital spokesman John Wolf could not be immediately reached for further information.
Access Holdings has $1.3 billion in assets under management.
