Tulare County Employees' Retirement Association, Visalia, Calif., returned a net 9% for the fiscal year ended June 30, above the 8.3% of its benchmark.
For the three-, five- and 10-year periods ended June 30, the $2 billion pension fund returned an annualized net 3.3%, 6.5% and 5.6%, respectively, compared with their respective benchmarks of 2.8%, 6.4% and 5.8%, according to an investment performance review posted on TCERA's website.
The pension fund had returned a net 6.7% for the previous fiscal year ended June 20, 2023.
