Jacksonville (Fla.) Police & Fire Pension Fund named four finalists in its search for an investment consultant.
The $2.8 billion pension fund’s board approved incumbent consultant RVK, Marquette Associates, Segal Marco Advisors and Wilshire Advisors as finalists at its Oct. 25 meeting, a summary of the meeting on its website showed.
Finalist presentations will take place at the pension fund’s Nov. 20 board meeting, with a selection expected shortly thereafter.
The pension fund issued an RFP in September due to the upcoming expiration of RVK’s contract in December, said Timothy Johnson, executive director, at the time.
The pension fund’s target allocation is 37% domestic equities, 20% each international equities and fixed income, 10% real estate, 8% private investments and 5% real assets.
