Peter Lindegaard was promoted to CIO of Industriens Pension, Copenhagen, Denmark, a spokeswoman said.
Mr. Lindegaard, formerly head of listed investments, is responsible for 183 billion Danish kroner portfolio of listed and unlisted investments.
Former CIO Karsten Kjellerup Kjeldsen was named CEO of the Laerernes Pension, Hellerup, Denmark, effective Jan. 2, 2020, according to the 100 billion Danish kroner ($14.8 billion) fund's website.
"(Mr. Lindegaard) has extensive experience in investing, risk management and building solid portfolios," CEO Laila Mortensen said in a news release. "He has delivered compelling results as head of the listed area at Industriens Pension, and I am confident that he can further develop our successful investment strategy."
