Greg Kuppenheimer was named executive director of the $401 million El Paso County Retirement Plan, Colorado Springs, Colo., Mr. Kuppenheimer confirmed.
He replaced Tom Pfeifle, who left the plan. Mr. Kuppenheimer had no additional information regarding Mr. Pfeifle.
Mr. Kuppenheimer was interim executive director. He was on the board prior to that.
